STA Your Way is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service to all our NDIS participants. We uphold a robust public liability insurance policy for our services. However, STA Your Way does not assume liability or accountability for any personal injuries or property losses that may occur while we provide our services. It is anticipated and highly advised that participants also secure suitable personal insurance coverage to safeguard their own interests.
Cost Exclusions from you STA-Including Respite Services
Please be aware that our STA-Including Respite services do not cover specific personal items and services. These non-inclusive aspects comprise:
- • Personal expenses like laundry, telephone calls, excess baggage fees, or the acquisition of unforeseen or forgotten toiletries.
- • Expenses related to repairing or replacing damaged property during STA-Including Respite services.
- • Medical or surgical needs exceeding basic first aid supplies.
Travel Insurance
Although STA Your Way possesses significant insurance coverage, it does not encompass individual travel insurance for participants. We highly advise all participants to obtain their own travel insurance policy to safeguard against potential personal losses or expenses.
